1 cup flour to a half cup of parmesan cheese? I like that ratio!!

I wonder how nutritional yeast (which tastes a bit like parmesan and is, as you'd surmise, highly nutritional) would go in some of the cracker recipes.

What a cute looking basket of crackers!!!! My husband and I weren't fond of those first two recipes (we have Whole Grain Baking, too), but there's such a nice variety of cracker recipes in that cookbook that we've found our favorites.
