I see your point. What I was thinking about was that what one expects to see makes it hard to see what's actually there, when it comes to errors. I used a stupid example, obviously! One of the most difficult things to spot is a page-to-next-page error, because we read what we expect to read. But you're right, and I'm a doofus!

when the Americans and Colonels arrived, they found a bizarre scene. The floor had several missing boards and bolts, and was unstable in several areas (one player claimed to have seen one side of the floor come up when he stepped on another).
